De DQ200 DSG is de eerste en enige 7-traps DSG transmissie welke gebruikt maakt van een zogeheten droge koppeling. De DQ200 is geschikt voor voertuigen met een motorkoppel tot 250Nm en kan gevonden worden in kleinere voertuigen zoals de Polo, Golf, Passat en Touran. Tijdens de ontwikkeling van de DQ200 waren de belangrijkste prioriteiten voor Volkswagen AG het verminderen van het brandstofverbruik en het verlagen van de uitstoot. Dit met als gevolg dat de drivebility en betrouwbaarheid van de DQ200 zeer te wensen over laat.
De DQ200 DSG versnellingsbak kent diverse veel voorkomende problemen en ergernissen met betrekking tot het rij- en schakelgedrag. Veel van deze problemen zijn op te lossen met onze unieke TVS DSG software. Niet verhoogd onze software aanzienlijk het rijcomfort maar werkt deze ook preventief doordat de koppelingsslip wordt verminderd en trillingen in de aandrijflijn worden weggenomen. Hierdoor is uw DSG versnellingsbak beter beschermt tegen slijtage en zal dit de levensduur ten goede komen.

Één van onze specialisten analyseert uw voertuig tijdens een proefrit met behulp van de nieuwste diagnose apparatuur waarna u een overzicht ontvangt van de staat en het probleem van uw voertuig. Op basis van deze diagnose krijgt u een overzicht van de kosten om uw voertuig weer helemaal naar u wens te laten rijden.
