The DQ200 (0AM) DSG gearbox is a further development on the DQ250 (02E). During the development of the DQ200, the main priorities for Volkswagen AG were reducing fuel consumption and lowering emissions. It has been especially designed for vehicles with an engine torque up to 250 Nm like the Polo, Golf, Passat and Touran. The DQ200 (0AM) was the first 7-speed DSG gearbox equipped with a dry double clutch and mounted transversely at the front.
Without replacing the factory DQ200 software for TVS drivability and life extender software, clutch damage will definitely occur! This software is unique on the market and can only be installed at our headquarter or at one of our 100+ authorized dealers.

During an in-depth diagnosis we analyze the overall condition of the DSG transmission and drivetrain. One of our technicians analyses your vehicle during a test drive using the latest diagnostic equipment. After this you will receive an overview of the condition of your vehicle and a cause for the problem your vehicle is experiencing. Based on the diagnosis results you will receive an overview of the costs for repair and/or software optimizations needed.
