Truck Transport:
For customers who need assistance with non-operational vehicles, we have partnered with the renowned transport company Proost. Their specialized transport truck is carefully designed to efficiently manage such situations. The cost for this service is €150, excluding VAT. Call:0653160915
Pickup/Delivery Service:
For cars that are in good driving condition, we offer a pickup/delivery service at £45 per trip, excluding fuel costs. If you are unsure whether it is permissible to drive the car, please select the option for truck transport above. This pickup/delivery service is in high demand and therefore often unavailable. If you would like to use this service, please send us a WhatsApp message. You can also drop off and pick up your car yourself 24/7.
Loan Cars:
We have 2 loan cars available for you at €25 per day. This loan car service is very popular and therefore often not available.
We also have a Golf 8 GTI DSG available at €99 per day, with a minimum charge of €149.
Scheduling loan cars is a challenge because we cannot always predict with certainty when the cars will be returned by previous users. As a result, we can only confirm the availability of a loan car at the last moment.
We are actively working on developing an innovative system to improve this process. In the meantime, we kindly request you to send us a message when you are in the 2nd or 3rd position in the queue. If no car is available, you have the option to reschedule your appointment a few days later. Alternatively, you can bring and pick up your car yourself 24/7 if you do not need a loan car.
