    TVS is able to adjust or remove the engine speed limiter from your engine to any desired value.

  • Motorsport (Hard Cut) Rev Limiter

    Most factory vehicles limit the engine power output before hitting the actual (hard) rev limit by closing the throttle valve. TVS Motorsport REV limiter allows to reach the actual rev limit without prelimiting the engine power output first. This way all the engine power stays available up to the actual rev limit which allows better acceleration and a true motorsport experience.

  • Lambda / O2 delete (decat)

    When installing a decat downpipe it is important to carefully recalibrate the ECU software and optionally disable the function of the second lambda sensor located after the removed catalyst.

  • Exhaust Crackle / Pops & Bangs

    For various gasoline ECU’s TVS developed exhaust crackle sound software also known as “Pops & Bangs”. This feature will add an outstanding crackle to your exhaust sound after lifting off the throttle, decelerating or while free revving at standstill. TVS Stage 2 chiptuning is characterized as maximum performance out of a stock engine setup within all safety limits. For gasoline engines performance numbers are based on RON 98 fuel, but is available for different fuel qualities.

    For Stage 2+ and higher tunes TVS always recommend at least RON98 fuel, but our tunes are available for lower and higher fuel grades as well.

  • Upgraded air intake system

    For Stage 2+ and higher tunes at least an upgraded air intake system and downpipe are required. An upgraded intake air system improves performance over the factory one by increasing the mass air flow through the system and thereby improving power, torque and throttle response.

  • Upgraded downpipe

    For Stage 2+ and higher tunes at least an upgraded air intake system and downpipe are required. A downpipe normally eliminates unnecessary factory restrictions and creates an ideal flow path to maximize exhaust gas flow and thereby improved performance.

  • Upgraded intercooler

    For high performance applications TVS always recommend an upgraded intercooler. In order to decrease charge air temperatures and being capable of supporting power levels far beyond that of the OEM intercooler.

  • Upgraded (catback) exhaust system

    When removing the intake swirl flaps it is important to disable the related swirl flap functions correctly within the ECU software to prevent associated fault codes.

  • MAP Sensor scaling
