Improved Fuel Efficiency
Besides increasing performance, TVS is always focussing on several parameters related to fuel economy, especially while city driving or highway cruising. Depending on several factors such as driving style and fuel quality, improved fuel economy may be achieved.

Vehicle Speed Limiter
TVS is able to adjust or remove the vehicle speed limiter from your vehicle to any desired value.

Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) off
To prevent future EGR valve problems or malfunctions and internal engine pollution TVS can properly close the EGR valve within the software and thereby disable the EGR function (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). These modifications are free of charge within TVS chiptuning, without this starts at €149,- incl. VAT.

Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) off
When removing the DPF from your vehicle it is important to disable the regeneration process of the diesel particulate filter correctly within the ECU software. These modifications are free of charge within TVS chiptuning, without this starts at €149,- incl. VAT.

TVS Stage 2 chiptuning is characterized as maximum performance out of a stock engine setup within all safety limits. For gasoline engines performance numbers are based on RON 98 fuel, but is available for different fuel qualities.

Upgraded air intake system
For Stage 2+ and higher tunes at least an upgraded air intake system and downpipe are required. An upgraded intake air system improves performance over the factory one by increasing the mass air flow through the system and thereby improving power, torque and throttle response.

Upgraded downpipe
For Stage 2+ and higher tunes at least an upgraded air intake system and downpipe are required. A downpipe normally eliminates unnecessary factory restrictions and creates an ideal flow path to maximize exhaust gas flow and thereby improved performance.

Upgraded turbo- or supercharger kit
For Stage 3 and higher tunes a decent upgrade turbo- or supercharger kit is required. Due to our knowledge, experience and specialism in calibrating high power applications, TVS is nowadays able to create custom software for almost every turbo- and supercharger upgrade.

Upgraded air intake system
For Stage 2+ and higher tunes at least an upgraded air intake system and downpipe are required. An upgraded intake air system improves performance over the factory one by increasing the mass air flow through the system and thereby improving power, torque and throttle response.

Upgraded intercooler
For high performance applications TVS always recommend an upgraded intercooler. In order to decrease charge air temperatures and being capable of supporting power levels far beyond that of the OEM intercooler.

DPF delete
Together with an upgraded downpipe on your diesel engine it is possible to delete the diesel particulate filter to decrease restrictions in the exhaust system and increase the free flow exhaust gasses.

Upgraded injectors
For Stage 3 and higher tunes often the stock fuel system can't supply enough fuel anymore. For these applications upgraded fuel system components like a LPFP, HPFP and upgraded injectors are necessary. Contact us for more information.
