Ready while you wait
During most appointments you can wait at TVS Engineering / DSG Dokter headquarter while we carry out the requested job on your vehicle, like an extensive vehicle diagnosis, oil change, minor repairs or chiptuning and DSG software optimizations. In our comfortable waiting room you can use free WiFi, food and drinks. Of course it is also possible to have a look during the work performed by TVS technicians.
'Pick-up & delivery' service
On major repairs such as the replacement of a DSG clutch, mechatronic or gearbox can often not be waited for. We recommend you to make a repair appointment and bring your vehicle in. However, TVS understands that it is not possible for everyone to visit our headquarters on a weekday. Hence it is often possible to make an appointment on Saturday or to bring your vehicle during the weekend.
For those who are not able to visit us, TVS Engineering / DSG Dokter offers a car ‘pick-up & delivery’ service. Our drivers will pick up your vehicle and deliver it again after the work has been performed. If your vehicle does not drive anymore we can arrange transport as well. Rental cars
TVS Engineering / DSG Dokter also offers a solution for customers who have to continue their daily activities but do not have transport. We have several rental cars in different vehicle classes. From manual to DSG and from two-door to convertible cars.

Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation of Appointments and Services Customers may cancel a scheduled appointment or service by notifying TVS Engineering B.V. at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation of Product Orders Product orders can be canceled before they have been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the customer may return it according to our return policy, assuming the corresponding shipping costs.
3. Refunds Cancellations made within the allowed time frame may be eligible for a full refund. However, TVS Engineering B.V. reserves the right to deduct administrative and/or processing fees when applicable.
4. Cancellations by TVS Engineering B.V. TVS Engineering B.V. reserves the right to cancel any service or order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling of the service will be offered.

Complaints Policy
1. Introduction TVS-Engineering B.V. is committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, we understand that issues may arise. This policy outlines the procedure for submitting and handling complaints effectively and fairly.
2. Scope This policy applies to all customers of TVS-Engineering B.V. who wish to file a complaint related to our products or services.
3. Submitting a Complaint Complaints must be submitted in writing through one of the following methods:

To facilitate the process, please include the following information:
- Full name and contact details of the complainant.
- Detailed description of the complaint.

4. Complaint Handling Process
- Receipt and Acknowledgment: Within five (5) business days of receiving the complaint, TVS-Engineering B.V. will send a confirmation of receipt.
- Evaluation and Resolution: The complaint will be reviewed by our internal team, and if necessary, additional information will be requested. Within fifteen (15) business days, we will provide a response with a proposed solution.
- Final Resolution: If the customer is not satisfied with the proposed solution, they may request a further review within ten (10) business days.
5. Confidentiality All complaints will be handled with due confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Return & Withdrawal Policy
1. General Conditions for Returning Technical Parts
To ensure the integrity and quality of our products, the return of technical parts is subject to the following conditions:

Technical parts, including clutches, mechatronics, and gearboxes, must not have been installed, used, or damaged.

The original seal and packaging must remain intact and unaltered.

If visible signs of installation or opening are detected, the right of withdrawal will be void, and the return will be refused.
2. Specific Conditions for OBD2 Dongle & Remote Diagnosis
Our OBD2 dongles are personalized devices that undergo a specific configuration process before shipping, which includes:

Custom configuration, linking the device to the customer’s vehicle chassis number.

Testing and registration in our system prior to dispatch.

Automatic reservation of a fixed time slot for the remote diagnosis service, valued at €99.
Since the remote diagnosis service is reserved immediately after purchase and the product is personalized, the service is considered partially delivered at the time of purchase.
3. Legal Basis
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, Sections 2 and 3):
Personalized products whose seal has been broken after delivery, as well as services that have already commenced, are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4. Conclusion

Technical parts that have been opened, installed, or used → Return refused; no refund will be issued.

Returning the OBD2 dongle without prior consultation → Return refused; no refund will be issued as the service has already commenced.
