If you want to quickly know what the problem is with your car and receive a cost estimate, we offer a remote pre-diagnosis for €99,- at your doorstep or at your local garage via mobile phone or tablet. This allows us to prepare your repair, so that your car is ready faster. You will receive the TVS OBD2IP diagnosis Dongle completely free of charge.
After the diagnosis, you will receive a quote or we will discuss the results and options by telephone. Do you want an official diagnosis/valuation report for third parties? Then a physical visit to Varsseveld is required, where we can draw up a report for an additional fee.
If the remote diagnosis does not provide sufficient clarity and a physical examination is necessary, the €99 already paid will be offset against the costs of €149 for a physical in-depth diagnosis in Varsseveld.
If a technical problem occurs during the remote diagnosis that prevents us from making a diagnosis, we ask you to bring the car to us in Varsseveld for further examination, as this is beyond our responsibility.
