Download and install the App
Download and install the “OBD2IP” app by TVS GROUP from
Connect the Dongle
Plug the dongle into your vehicle’s OBD-II connector. This connector is typically located above the pedals (gas and brake) or to the left of the steering column, near the area where the dashboard meets the floor.
Open the App and Log In
Launch the app on your Android device. Use the login credentials provided to you via WhatsApp (User and Password).
Grant Permissions
Allow the app to access your location and Bluetooth settings when prompted. This is necessary for the app to function properly.
Connect to the Dongle
In the app, select the device labeled “OBD2IP by TVS V0.X” to establish a connection
Check Voltage
Once connected, the app will display the voltage value. If the voltage cannot be determined, start the engine to obtain this information and check if Bluetooth is connected. Still not working? Contact us for support.
Prepare for Remote Diagnosis
You are now ready for the remote diagnosis. Haven’t scheduled an appointment yet? Click on the CONTINUE button in the WhatsApp message you received.
Note: Make sure to check the voltage at least 5 minutes before your appointment. It should be at least 12.7 volts with the engine running. We can only connect you once the voltage is visible.
Windows Chrome browser
Open Google Chrome
Launch the Google Chrome browser on your Windows computer.
Navigate to the Website
In the address bar, type the URL: https://obd2ip.nl and press Enter to load the page.
Log In
Use the credentials provided by TVS via WhatsApp to log into your account.
Connect the Dongle
Plug the dongle into your vehicle’s OBD-II connector. This connector is typically located above the pedals (gas and brake) or to the left of the steering column, near the area where the dashboard meets the floor.
Establish a Bluetooth Connection
- In the browser, click the Bluetooth button to initiate the connection process.
- From the list of available devices, select “OBD2IP by TVS V0.X” to establish a connection.
Check Voltage
Once connected, the browser will display the voltage reading. If the voltage cannot be determined, start the engine to obtain this information.
Prepare for Remote Diagnosis
You are now ready for the remote diagnosis. You can schedule your appointment after the test if you haven’t done so already
